Medical Outreaches
The Medical Outreach Programme is a nationwide initiative designed to close healthcare access gaps in underserved and hard-to-reach communities across Zimbabwe. Implemented in collaboration with Discovery Ambulance Services, the programme integrates primary healthcare delivery with professional emergency medical support.
Our Reach
Over the past two years, the programme has:
Conducted 100+ outreach campaigns
Operated across all 10 provinces of Zimbabwe
Reached over 250,000 beneficiaries
Each outreach is strategically deployed in communities where access to early diagnosis, routine screening, and affordable treatment remains limited.
What We Provide
1. Free Health Screening
Early detection is central to preventing complications. Our teams provide:
Blood pressure monitoring
Blood glucose testing
General wellness assessments
Clinical triage and risk identification
2. Free Medical Consultations
Qualified medical professionals conduct on-site consultations to:
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions
Provide preventative health guidance
Identify cases requiring follow-up care
3. Free Treatment & Medication
Where clinically appropriate, patients receive:
Immediate treatment for minor and moderate conditions
Essential medications
Chronic disease management support
4. Emergency Referral & Conveyance
For severe or high-risk cases:
On-site stabilisation is provided
Ambulance conveyance is arranged
Patients are transported to the nearest appropriate health facility for advanced care
